R ESOLUTION N O. 2016-075
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE O FF-S ALE 3.2 M ALT L IQUOR L ICENSE FOR
S UPERVALU, I NC., D/B/A R AINBOW F OODS, 16705 C OUNTY R OAD 24
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off-sale 3.2 malt liquor license from
Supervalu, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 16705 County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the off-sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Supervalu, Inc.,
d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 16705 County Road 24. The liquor license is issued for the period through
January 31, 2017.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of March, 2016.
