R EGARDING W ATER AND S EWER A REA AND C ONNECTION (REC) C HARGES
Ordinance No. 2016-05 amends Section 1015.19 of the Plymouth City Code regarding water and
sewer area and connection (REC) charges.
A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection at the City Clerkâs Office during
regular office hours.
