ESOLUTION PPROVING THE
CA
OOPERATIVE GREEMENT WITH THE
ECWMC
LM REEK ATERSHED ANAGEMENT OMMISSION

LM REEK TREAM ESTORATION ROJECT
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission approved funding in the
amount of $250,000 for the Elm Creek Stream Restoration Project; and
WHEREAS, a Cooperative Agreement has been prepared by the Elm Creek Watershed
Management Commission in reference to Elm Creek Stream Restoration Project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will apply to current and future total maximum
daily load (TMDL) requirements as set forth by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission will reimburse the City up
to $250,000 per the terms of the agreement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEMAYORANDCITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1.The Council hereby approves the Cooperative Agreement as presented; and
2.Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of January, 2016.
