NOW,THEREFORE,BEITHEREBYRESOLVEDBYTHECITYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFPLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTAthat the attached licenses are approved for issuance for the period February 1, 2016,
through January 31, 2017, with the following conditions:
1.All required license fees have been paid by January 31, 2016; and
2.Any fines for 2015 compliance check failures have been paid by January 31, 2016; and
3.Proof of worker compensation, general liability, and liquor liability insurance, and dram
shop insurance exemptions where applicable have been provided by January 31, 2016.
