RESOLUTION 2010-324
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR A CITY CODE AMENDMENT RELATING TO
DEVELOPMENT FEES (2010025)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated an amendment relating to development
fees; and
WHEREAS, the amendment would help to ensure that developers pay the full
costs of the review related to their development proposals; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed amendment at a
duly called public hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the city code amendment, based upon the finding that the proposed amendment would be
consistent with state law and the city's comprehensive plan, and compatible with other
provisions of the city code.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on November 23, 2010.
