A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE
FOR HADLEY HILLS 2ND ADDITION (2005024)
WHEREAS, the City cashed the developer's letter of credit and hired Northwest Asphalt
to complete the remaining work for the Hadley Hills 2" a Addition development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the streets in the Hadley Hills 2" a Addition
development are accepted.
