RESOLUTION No. 2010-302
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
CHANGE ORDERS #1 AND #2 FOR THE HILDE PERFORMANCE CENTER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the contractor on the Hilde Performance Center has been asked to do additional
work by the City in accordance with the plans and specifications and the contracts in place, and
WHEREAS, Change Orders 41 and 42 have been recommended by the Director of Parks
and Recreation for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Orders 41 and 42 for the Hilde Performance Center
are hereby approved.
