RESOLUTION No. 2010-300
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING WORK
FOR THE SUNCOURT STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 11006
WHEREAS, it would be prudent to initiate engineering activities
on the Suncourt Improvement Project in order to provide for the timely
delivery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That
Engineering staff is authorized to proceed with preliminary engineering and
engineering activities for the Suncourt Street Improvement Project.
