RESOLUTION No. 2010-254
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BMP BIO -RETENTION CELL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR
SPEAK THE WORD CHURCH INTERNATIONAL LOCATED HALF MILE NORTH OF
HIGHWAY 55 AND EAST OF COUNTY ROAD 101
WHEREAS, Speak the Word Church International has been given City Council approval
to constrict four temporary soccer fields on their site in northwest Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, a Best Management Practice (BMP) bio -retention cell maintenance
agreement is required to be recorded as part of the project; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as the west half of the southwest quarter,
except road, Section 06 Township 118 Range 22, Hennepin County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, a bio -retention cell maintenance agreement with
Speak the Word Church International.
