RESOLUTION No. 2010-246
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REPLACEMENT OF HOCKEY
RINK AT PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
WHEREAS, the City's Comprehensive Plan calls for the replacement of
hockey rinks throughout the community in a planned fashion over the next 10
years; and
WHEREAS, the approved Capital Improvement Budget allocates funding
in the 2010 years for replacement of one hockey rink,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the Director of Parks is authorized to proceed
with the replacement of a hockey rink at Plymouth Creek Park with funding to
come from $80,000 from the Park Replacement Fund and $80,000 from the Park
Dedication Fund.
