RESOLUTION No. 2010-245
A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT
EXTENSION WITH THE PLYMOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Soccer Association (PSA) wishes to continue to lease their
current office space at Plymouth Creek Ctr. for five more years beginning October 1, 2020 and
WHEREAS,a lease agreement has been prepared by city staff outlining that PSA shall
pay $6,880 per year for five years and
WHEREAS, staff believes this lease agreement will be beneficial to both the City and the
Plymouth Soccer Association and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the mayor and city manager are authorized to sign a
lease agreement extension with the Plymouth Soccer Association.
