HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2010-241CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2010-241 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TAYLOR CREEK LLC, FOR "TAYLOR CREEK" FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5550 VICKSBURG LANE (2010035-F) WHEREAS, on August 10, 2010, the City Council approved the final plat and development contract for the Taylor Creek subdivision located on the roughly 30 -acre site located at 5550 Vicksburg Lane, legally described as follows: The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to easement for public road purposes, except the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter containing roughly ten acres. WHEREAS, on August 20, 2010, the developer requested an amendment to the park dedication section (section 19) of the development contract; and WHEREAS, the amendment would provide for a refiind of the park dedication fee paid for one lot if one lot is utilized for a private amenity area, or for two lots if two lots are utilized for a private amenity area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the amended development contract for Taylor Creek; and FURTHER, that upon prior execution of the development contract by the developer, the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
