RESOLUTION No. 2010-240
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT A DONATION
OF A LASER SPEED DETECTION DEVICE
FROM THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Police Department currently participates with the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety on various enforcement programs; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety offers incentives for work performed
through the grant; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety has notified us that we have been drawn
to receive a large incentive for our work on the May 2010 Mobilization and Seat Belt Enforcement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the donation is accepted with thanks.
