RESOLUTION NO. 2010-228
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A PUD AMENDMENT TO EXPAND SEASONAL SALES AT PLYMOUTH
STATION FOR SPORTS HUT LOCATED AT 16705 COUNTY ROAD 24 (2010057)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes has requested approval of a PUD amendment for
property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Station, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request
by Hans Hagen Homes for a PUD amendment, subject to the following conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is approved to allow to expand seasonal sales at Plymouth Station for
Sports Hut by allowing seasonal sporting goods sales upon the issuance of an administrative
permit, according to the application and plans received by the city on June 25, 2010, except
as amended by this resolution.
2. The PUD amendment is approved based on the finding that the use is consistent with the
city's comprehensive plan.
3. As no constriction is proposed as part of this PUD general amendment, no PUD final plan
shall be required. Any subsequent modifications proposed shall require amendment of the
planned unit development general plan.
