RESOLUTION NO. 2010-209
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, AND COMMISSIONER OF TRANSPORTATION
NATHAN LANE RAILROAD CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 10030
WHEREAS, An agreement with the City, Union Pacific Railroad Company and
Commissioner of Transportation (Mn/DOT) for the improvement of the railroad crossing on
Nathan has been prepared and presented to the City; and
WHEREAS, the agreement distributes all improvement costs between the City (10%) and
Mn/DOT (90%) with the exception of traffic control which will be the sole responsible of the
City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they are hereby
authorized to execute the agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company and Commissioner of
Transportation on behalf of the City for City Project No. 10030.
