RESOLUTION No. 2010-196
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT STREETS FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE
FOR LARKIN POND (2005078)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 1, 2010, Landmark
Development, developer of Larkin Pond (2005078), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:

That the required financial guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $67,150 to $21,371
to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 698 may be reduced accordingly.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street constriction is accepted for continuous maintenance as of July
27, 2010 subject to the one-year guarantee by the contractors per Letter of Credit 698 issued by 21" Century
Bank.
