RESOLUTION No. 2010-195
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A DEER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR 2010
WHEREAS, the DNR and local deer management experts have suggested a deer management
program for the City; and
WHEREAS, the City residents do experience nuisance problems from deer and the current deer
population is higher than the recommended level; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has proposed continuing it's successful deer management program
including participation in the annual Metro Deer Bow Hunt, and provisional trapping.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Council adopt the Resolution Authorizing the Deer
Management Program for 2010.
