RESOLUTION No. 201-193
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST TO DENY ACCESS TO STH AVENUE FOR MAXWELL
KEBASSO FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 710 QUEENSLAND LANE (201006 1 )
WHEREAS, Maxwell Kebasso has requested that access to 8th Avenue North be denied for
their property located at 710 Queensland Lane North and more specifically described as:
Lot 13, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the property is located at the intersection of Queensland Lane North and 81h
Avenue North and the property has access to Queensland Lane North;
WHEREAS, the Fazendin-Krogness Addition was approved in 1968 and the City has no
record if access to 8th Avenue was denied;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
deny private driveway access to 8th Avenue North from 710 Queensland Lane.
