RESOLUTION No. 2010-190
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
32ND AVENUE ADJACENT TO 15605 AND 15625 32ND AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by the property owners at 15605 and 15625
32nd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that parking on the south side of 32nd Avenue
adjacent to 15605 and 15625 32nd Avenue would not create traffic concerns and would provide
additional parking to serve the immediate area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it hereby rescinds a portion of Resolution
No. 81-717 and authorizes parking on the south side of 32nd Avenue between the driveways at
15625 32nd Avenue North and 15605 32nd Avenue.
