RESOLUTION NO. 20100-178
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR SCLP INVESTMENTS LLC, D/B/A KETSANA'S THAI
16605 COUNTY ROAD 24, SUITE 205
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for On -Sale Wine and 3.2 Liquor
Licenses from SCLP Investments LLC, d/b/a Ketsana's Thai, 16605 County Road 24, Suite 205;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the On -Sale Wine and 3.2 Liquor Licenses are
hereby approved for SCLP Investments LLC, d/b/a Ketsana's Thai, 16605 County Road 24,
Suite 205. The liquor license would be issued for the period through January 31, 2011.
