Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a zcStints (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 27th day of December , 1971. The following members were
Present- Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and;. Hunt
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-469
WHEREAS, authorization was requested to allow the Village staff
to acquire a mobile structure to be added to the Village Administration offices'
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Village staff is hereby authorized to acquire a mobile
structure fot $4984 to be used as an addition; to the
Village Hall Administration Offices.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson
and Hintz. The following voted 9gliggS. (abstained);
in aLbla. Spnetb 8na,Itii..r . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
