HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-464VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of December, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. The following member was absent: Councilman Hintz. Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-464 WHEREAS, in accordance with.Resolution No. 71-71 adopted February 22, 1971 a preliminary report was received from the Consultant Engineer for Project h71 -1,0,8-B (Ref. 13) Greendale Addition (Hawthorne Ponds) Water Main and Sanitary Sewer Improvement at an estimated cost of $47,330. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY, TRE,;VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "The Village Manager of the Village of Plymouth is hereby directed to proceed with Project 171-1,2,0-B..Greendale Addition (Hawthorne Ponds) Improvement for construction in 1972." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Runt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None.
