HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-463VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of December, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hildr Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. The following member was absent: Councilman Hintz. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-463 WHEREAS, it is proposed to add on a structure to the Plymouth Village Administration Building to accomodate the Finance Department, and WHEREAS, it is necessary in accordance with the Village ordinance to advertise for bids for said structure. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "The Village Manager of the Village of Plymouth,is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a structure to be added to Che•Piymouth Village Administration Building." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting held December 14, 1971, with the original thereof and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
