Pursuant to due call and notice there<,i, a =Muh=, (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 14th day of December , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz
Councilmen Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-667
WHEREAS, the General Fund disbursement for the period ending
December 14, 1971 was submitted for approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The General Fund disbursement in the amount of $172,987.17 in
hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
i
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against (abstained)..
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

1971, with the original thereof on file in my 'office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
