EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
t VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
DECEMBER 14, 1971
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 14th day of
December, 1971 at the Public Works Building, 14900C 23rd Ave. No.
{ commencing at 7:40 o'clock p.m. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member

was absent: Councilman Hints.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-460
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY FOR 1972
}
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth of Hennepin County in the State of Minnesota, as follows:
"James G. Willis is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban
3 Rata Authority, and Lloyd J. Ricker is hereby designated to serve as

alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1972
and until their successors are appointed."

The motion above was duly seconded by Counc%lmmn Hunt and upon

vote being taken the following voted in favor tirreof: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The followl.ng voted against or
abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was considered duly passed and. adopted.
