VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYPIOUTH
DECEMBER 14, 1971

Pursuant to due call and 'notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 14th day of
December, 1971 at the Public Works Building, 14900C 23rd Avenue North,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hunt and Spaeth. The following
members were absent: Councilman Hintz.
• Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 71-459
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS FOR STREET AND j
UTILITY PURPOSES, 10TH AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN
NATHAN LANE AND COUNTY ROAD NO. 18. PROJECT
NO. 70-8.9-F
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF i
PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary. proper and
expedient and in the interest of the public 'health,
convenience and general welfare of the citizens of
the Village of Plymouth to acquire permanent ease -
menta for street and utility purposes in connection
with the installation of utilities in and the widen -
Ing and improvement of 10th Avenue North. between
Nathan Lane and County Road No. 18, within the Village
of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota
(Project $70-8,9-F). The lands affected and the
easements to be acquired are described in Schedule A.
attached hereto and made a part hereof as though
fully set forth at this point.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the Village of
Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire the
it necessary lands for the aforementioned purposes
f4 and to take any and all legal steps necessary to
such proceedings.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote
being taken the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde.
Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the underbigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of
a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held December
14, 1973, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to Project 070-8,9-F.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 21st day of January, 1972.
