VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

14th day of December, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson. Spaeth and Hunt. The following member
was absent: Councilman Hintz.
CounLilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-455
WHEP,EAS. Mr. Al Mjorud asked for a Conditional Use Permit for allow
a home occupation to operate an architectural service business out of his
home at 12400 12th Avenue North in a R-1 Single Family Residential Zone.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved to allow Mr. Al Mjorud
to operate a home occupation in his residence at 12400 12th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hunt and Spaeth. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

the Village of Plymouth. Minnescta, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the-minates of a meeting held on
December 14, 1971 with the original thereof on file in my office and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
