Pursuant to due call and notice thcreof, a regular, 6opmaiadt meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesotn was held on
the 6th day of December , 1971. The foll-ing members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Hunt and Spaeth
The following members were absent, None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-451
WHEREAS, approval was requested by the Village Engineer to approve
Change Order /1 to Project 171-1,0,8,9-L Chelsea Woods Sewer b Water
covering extension of improvement ea Creekside Trail and Foxpoint Trail.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Approval is hereby given to accept Change Order No. 1 to
Project 171-1.0,8.9-L for improveennt extension in Chelsea
Woods 2nd Addition as described above in the amount of
$19.937.00. being constructed by Berg 6 Kern Contracting Co."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing F.esolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda. Councilman Johnson,
Hints and Spaeth . The following voted mgjsaat (abstained).+
Councilman Bunt Whereupon the resolution was declared I
duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular ( I 1 1
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on December 6
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
