Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, OCOKKN G) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota wns held on
the 6th day of December ■ 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Hunt and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Ride
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-450
WHEREAS, approval to'make final payment for Project d68 -1,E
Southwest Street Restoration Part 12 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. of
Osseo in the amount of.$19,089.02 was requested by the Village Engineer,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE t'ILLACE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Approval is hereby given to sake final payment in the amount
of $19,089.02 to C. S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project X168 -1.E
Southwest Street Restoration, Part 12."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vrte being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints and Hunt . The following voted against bat -of 41i
Councilman Spaeth Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
