HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-449VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plyamth. Minnesota was held on the 6th day of December. 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following members were absent: None rrr rrr rrr Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its' adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71-449 WHEREAS, the Police Department has recommended that a stop sign be installed at the Southwest corner of Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "Approval is hereby given to install one stop sign at the southwest corner of Harbor Lane at Fernbrook Lane." The adoption for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hints . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. rrr rrr rrr STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I. the undersigned. balmg the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth.
