RESOLUTION ORDERING.PREPARATION OF
REPORT; ON IMPROVEMENT
jIIt Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouthi Minnesota, was held on the
29th day of November. 1911.
1 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
{{ Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Rcsolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-448
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following and assess the
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvements be referred to the Village Engineer
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed, advise the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether it should beet be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended"."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against
or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly Qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing and attached extract of the minutes of a
special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on November
29, 1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 17th day of December, 1971.
