Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a salptn, (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 22nd day of November , 1971. The following -members were
present: Payor Hilde,'Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth sn4 Hunt
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz

CouncilAso .Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 1.70. 71-447_
• WHEREAS, approval for the Co u truction'and Sinking; Fund for
the period ending Novemdler 22, 1971 was requested.
NOW THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the Construction and Sinking
fund in the amount of $683,013.42 for the period finding
November 22, 1971.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, I
L the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth,
Hunt and Johnson The following voted against (abstained).
mss. Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
