Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a :suss, (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 22nd day of November , 1971. The following -members were

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-446
• WHEREAS, approval was requested for .the Gemral Fund disbursement
for the period ending November 22, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for the General 'Fund disbursement in
the amount of $3,163,249.06 fpr khe period end(ng'Notiaber 22,
1971.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution woo duly
` seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
:the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Spaeth,
Johnson and taunt The following voted against (abstained).
