Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rg (special) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 22nd day of November , 1971. The following members were
present:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Spaeth and'Hunt

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-441
WHEREAS, Mr. Renneth'Schiebe. P.O. Boic.1083, Downey, Calif., 90240
developef•.df Oakwood Addition. at the southwest corner of Highways X1101 and #6.
requested that a prelim4nary report be ordered to cover the construction of
sanitary saver, vatermain, storm saver and streets for improvement of said Addit
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A preliminary report for the Oakwood Addition covering the construction
of sanitary sewer, vatermain, storm serer and streets in hereby ordered
to be prepared by the Village Engineer.
f The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
j seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon.
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson

Councilmen Spaeth Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
