Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of November. 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson. Spaeth and Hunt. The following member
was absent: Councilman Hints.

Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-440
WHEREAS, Mr. Francis Carey, 3306 Edgewood Ave. N., asked that
in connection with approval of a Development Contract for Carey Addition
at 28h Avenue North and Horwood Lane he be allowed to pay the balance
(last three-fourths) of the utility assessments when he sells the lots
or when financing is obtained for building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEUMy RESOLVED EY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Mr. Francis Carey, developer of Carey Addition. is hereby
allowed to pay the balance of special assessments due on
his property at the time the lots in said Addition have
seen sold or loan is obtained for building, The Mayor
and Manager are hereby authorised to execute the Carey
Addition Development Contract."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cour-cilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Spaeth
Land Hunt. The following voted against or abstained; None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
