THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
NOVEMBER 15, 1971
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular sleeting of the �
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on November 15, 1971
at the Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, commencing at
7:40 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent:
None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and -moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-429
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMINENT
DOMAIN TO ACQUIRE TEMPORARY EASEMENTS FOR
SEWER 6 WATER CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES -
(PROJECT 170-8,9-F).
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. It is hereby determined to be necessary, proper -and expedient
and in the interest of the public health, convenience and
general welfare of the citisans of the Village of Plymouth
to acquire tempo rary' assaments (for saver and water Improve-
ment or whatever) the property located on 10th Avenue from
Nathan Lana to County Road /18, located within the Village
of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Knamota.
2. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the Village of Plymouth
are hereby authorised to acquire the necessary lands for
the aforementioned putaoses and, to take any and all legal
steps necessary to each proceedings.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon rote
being taken the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bila,
Councilman Johnson, Hints, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted
againat: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Village Clerk of the
Village of Plyeouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of a regular
Meeting of the Village' Council of'the Village of Plymouth held
November 15, 1971 with the original thereof on file in the Village
office and the same is a NIL, true and complete transcript therefrom
as the same relates to authorizing the use of eminent domain to
Project 970 -v%9 -F.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Village Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 22nd day of November, 1971.
