Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (sp MW meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on
the 1%th day of Nnvwsber , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmsu.Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None

,Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-428
• WHEREAS, approval vas requested for Change Order 02 for Projects
#71-1,2,0-C and #68-1,0-C which allowed the.instollation of bituminous
base on public and private streets in the first phase of Chelsea Woods
Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY. RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Change Order 02 in the -amount of $3,476.75 with C. S. McCrossan
for Projects #71-1,2,0-C Cavanaugh Addition And, 06,.8-1,0-C 34th
Avenue Street Restoration'le hereby approved...,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson.

duly passed and adopted.
