Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (gR) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 15th day of November , 1971. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-427
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert, F.. Hughes, 17825 County Road 024, Wayzata,
requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to build a utility building
and golf driving rante on the Southwest corner of the East intersection of •.
of Highways /101 and 055:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit for Robert F. Aughes is hereby granted
to construct a utility building and golf drivieg.rangs is a E-0
zone subject to the vacation of an existing drivskay and
re -location of another one to serve both tbdrhouss'sod driving
range which shall be located along the routh property line of
the property. ,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
r the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Jobnoon.
Spaeth and Hunt . The following voted against (wbAdmimod).

Councilman Hintz Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
