Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (s1sti mt) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the _ _ 1%rh day of November , 1971. The following -members were
present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt ,
The following members were absent: None

Councilman -Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-426
• WHEREAS, the P.ul.lbeig Mfg. Co. has requested approval of a sawdust
bin site plan for their ,plant at 5202 Highway /18 North.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The sawdust bin site plan submitted by Rullberg Mfg. Co. is
hereby approved subject to the condition that. no building
permit for sazm.shall be ieeued until the intended use for
ease is approved by the Minnesota Pollution,Gentrol Agency.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cosmcilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde: Councilmen Hintz,

None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular 4910WMM
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on Nov. 15
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
