PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of November, 1971. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-425
WHEREAS, Mr. Keftatb Schiebe, P. 0. Boa 1083, Downey, California,
90240 requested approval of his preliminary plat for the 'Oakwood" devel-
opment to be located on the southwest corner of the intersection at
Highway #101 and County Road #6. (File A231/A283)
NOW, THEREFORR, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OV
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Approval is hereby given for the preliminary plat for the
"Oakwood" development which was submitted by Mr. Kenneth
Schiebe. Said approval is subject to the following
conditions:
1. A solution to the storm drainage problem shall be
resolved prior to approval of the final plat, and
2. That turning and storage lanes be provided on State
Highway #101 and County Road #6 that are acceptable
to the State Highway Dept., Hennepin County Highway
Dept., and Plymouth Village staff."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt and
Johnson. The following voted against: Councilman Spaeth and Hintz.
Whereupon the resolution,was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on November 15. 1971. with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
