Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
iVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

115th day of November, 1971. The following members were present:
`Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following
j members were absent: None.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
lits adoption:
I RESOLUTION NO. 71-423
WHEREAS, Mr. Barry F. Smith, 144000 14th Ave. N., requested approval
fof a subdivision waiver of Lot 8, Block 2, Sunset Acres.
WHEREAS, the newly created parcel from the subdivision will require
utility services to be extended to serve the new lot.
WHEREAS, the owner of said parcel shall provide the necessary
utility extensions to the new lot or in lieu thereof place with the
Village Treasurer an amount substantial enough to insure said performance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTR:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating
to the conveyance of partials of land less than five (5)
acres in area and lW lbtat in width are hereby waived as
to the following deeeroed lands:
Tract a:
Lot 8, Block 2, Sunset Acres, except the West 95.0'
thereof.
Tract B:
The Westerly 95.0' of Lot 8, Block 2, Sunset Acres.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by CotecIlman Johnson, and Was vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
,Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Miivisota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held November 15, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and 'the amme is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the, same relates to a
resolution waiving: subdivision requirements for Lot 8, Block 2, Sunset
Acres.
