Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, ( meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 15th day of November , 1971. The following members were
present, V&"r 8ildn, Councilmsn_Johasea. Hiats, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
land moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-422
WHEREAS, a subdivision waiver granted for Plat 44510, Parcel 4000
to Mr. Charles N. Chrlgtiaaeom -.,ill result in making an existing garage
4.5 feat from the narly treated preparty'lins.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Cotatdlmmen Johmuon,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt The following voted against (abstained).
. Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
