I Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
f 15th day of November, 1971. The following members were present:
i Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The
following were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO, 71-421
WHEREAS, Mr. Charles M. Christianson, 14410 17th Ave. N., requested
jjj approval of a subdivision waiver of Plat 44510. Parcel 4000, Lot 8,
Block 1, Rath's First Addition.
WHEREAS, the newly created parcel from the subdivision will require
utility services to be extended to serve the new lot.
WHEREAS. the owner of said parcel shall provide the necessary
utility extensions to the new lot or in lieu thereof place with the
Village Treasurer an amount substantial enough to insure said
performance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10. 1966, and filed on
April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page
497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating
to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5)
acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby valved as
to the following described lands:

Tract A:
The West 100 feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Rath's First Addition.
Tract B:
Lot 8, Block 1, Rath's First Addition, except the West
100 feet thereof, and of the location of all buildings
thereon.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints. and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following vo!ed against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the unders,fgned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held November 15, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a
resolution waiving subdivision requirements for Plat 44510, Parcel 4000.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 23rd day of November, 1971.
