Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, 4i MEM) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
fie first day of November, 1971. The following -members were
present:_ Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson. Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-415
WHEREAS, Ban -Con, Inc. developer of Chelsea Woods requested approval
for a Conditional Use Permit to allow Installation of an outdoor
advertising sign in a R-0 District which will be 96 sq.ft. in area and 14' high.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given to Ban -Con, Inc. of St. Paul for a
Conditional Use Permit until January 1. 1972 covering the
Installation of an outdoor advertising sign to conform with
the Village of Plymouth zoning code and be, 50 feet off the
right of way of State Highway #55 and at least 200 feet from
any other sign (vicinity north of Couaty.Road #24 and Highway
/55).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Spaeth and Hunt . The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted.
