Government Lot 5, said East line being assumed to have
a bearing of North for purposes of this description;

West, 159.21 feet thence North 15029' West, 139.15
feet; thence'Norh 19035'West, 74.88 feet to the point
of beginning of the property being described; thence

thence South 73007' West to the intersection with a line
drawn through the point of beginning bearing North 19035'

Subject to and together with an existing easement for
road purposes.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following voted against,or abstained; None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
