RESOLUTION ORDERING LNPROVEMENTS AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the
first day of November, 1911,
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following members were absent:
None.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-413
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the ith day
of (^tober, 1971 fixed the first day of November, 1971, as the date for
a public hearing on Project 070-8,9-F Sewer and Water Improvements to
10th Avenue North between Nathan Gane and County Road 018, to wit:
WHRREAS, all property owners whose props+.-ty is liable to be
assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days'
published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications
of the require'] notice and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard on the first day of November, 1911.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED NY THE COUNCIL Of THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"l. Such improvements as not out above and for the street As
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in
Resolution 071-361 adopted October 4, 1971.
2, The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the pians
and specifications prepared for the making of such
improvements."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in ,avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilaimn Johnson,
Hints, Spaeth and Hunt, The following voted against or abstained: `:ane.
Whereupon the resolution was declared dul+ passed and adapted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on November 1, 1971, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 8th day of November, 1971.
