Pursuant to due call and notice thereofa regular, (VP*WM) meeting

of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on
the 18th day of October 1971. The following!members were
present: Councilmen Jo noon. Hints. Ssaeth and Hunt

Counci man'Soaetb introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 1- 07
` WHEREAS6 approval was required for the Construction and Sinking
Fund disbursement for the period ending October 18, 1971.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY. RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: =
Approval is hereby given for the Construction and Sinking; Fund,
in the amount, of $1,563,529.17 for the above stated period.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
