HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1971-404VILLAGE OF PLYNDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of October. 1971. The following members were present: councilman Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Sunt, who arrived late. The following member was absents Mayor Hilda. iii ail iAA Councilmen Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 71-404 A RESOLUTION AUTNiOMUG AND DIRICTIM THE VILLAGE MANAGRR TO SM AN EXONSION WITH TO DEPARTHM OF HOUSING AND URBAN DE9g A"NOT ON CONTIACR 90, MINNv- OSA-30(6) UMM APRIL 1, 1972. WMMRAE, the Village of Plymouth has previously entered into a contract with the Departseet of Sousing and Urban Development identified as Contract So. NOW, TSERElORE, RE IT HERM RESOLVED D4 TSE VILLAGE COUNCIL 07 THE VILLAGE OF PL'tfblfl'H A8: N#OLLOWS: 1. The Village Mansgar to hereby authorized and directed to neck a fwtbar extension of the completion and settl mmut of Contract No. !limn. -OSA (0) with the Departsiint of Housing and Urban Development until April 1, 1972. 3. A testified copy of this resolution shall accompany the regmart for such an extension. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmen Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fsvrr thereof: Councilman Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. The following voted against: None. Councilmen Hunt had not as yet arrived for the Heating. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
