RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT A<YD
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was 'field on the
18th day of October, 1071.
The following members were present: Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Hurt. The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilmaa Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 71-400
WHEREA.", a majority of residents living in the Oakwood Hills, let S
2nd Additions have submitted a petition requesting street lights in this
area.
NC', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE o F PLYMOUTH.
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on rich proposed imp-
rovement on the 15th day of November, 1971 in the
Council Chambers of the Public Works Municipal Bldg.,
14900 23rd Ave. N.. at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The Village
Council shall give published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth,
The following voted against or abstained: None, Councilman Hunt had
not as yet arrived for the meeting.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Ithe Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

Village Council of said Village held on October 18, 1971, with the

complete transcript therefrom.
