CONDITIONAL USE PEP -MIT APPROVED
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of October, 1971. The following members were present:
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Spaeth and Hunt. The following member was
absent: Dlayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 71-398
WHEREAS, the Chrysler Corporation, 13005 State Highway #55, has
requested that a Conditional Use Permit be approved for them so that
they may construct a 250,000 gallon water storage tank and pump house
on their property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Approval of a Conditional Use aermit is hereby given for
the Chrysler Corporation to construct a 250,000 gallon
water storage tank and pump house on their property at
13005 State Highway #55 subject to the following conditions.
1. The tank should be limited in height so that its top
elevation does not exceed the top elevation of the ex-
isting warehouse. This could be accomplished either by
changing the diameter of the tank or by partially sink-
ing it into the ground.
2. The pump house should be of the same face bruck used on
the warehouse.
3. The tank should have some landscaping around it, not to
hide it but to improve the aesthetics and be such that
it will grow up to a height to partially conceal the
tank.
4. The tank should be painted a color compatible with its
surroundings.
5. That no private well will ever be constructed to be used
in conjunction with this tank."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: None, but Councilman
Hunt had riot yet arrived for the meeting.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minute■ of a regul,"
meeting of the Village Council of said village held on October 18,
1971, with the original thereof on file in my office.and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 5th day of November, 1971.
